Today there is a determined and strong movement by some very good physicists (led by Dr. Daniel Solomon, Dean of the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of North Carolina State University). They have placed strong and rigorous papers in the leading physics journals, pointing out what a grave mistake was made in this arbitrary removal of negative energy in 1930.
As Hotson stated:

Dirac accordingly kept his mouth tightly closed the rest of his life, knowing that if he opened it regarding direct engineering of physical reality he would be killed within 24 hours. Thus he became known as the "most taciturn" scientist of all time.
Here is a direct quote from Dirac on the difficulty of removal of negative energy by the frightened leaders of the scientific community, which -- once one understands it -- rather clearly shows he already understood the tickling technique and its implications, and thus the direct engineering of reality:

Inverse-designed metastructures that solve equations....Signal processing of light waves can be used to represent certain mathematical functions and to perform computational tasks on signals or images in an analog fashion. Such processing typically requires complex systems of bulk optical elements such as lenses, filters, and mirrors. Mohammadi Estakhri et al. demonstrate that specially designed nanophotonic structures can take input waveforms encoded as complex mathematical functions, manipulate them, and provide an output that is the integral of the functions. The results, demonstrated for microwaves, provide a route to develop chip-based analog optical computers and computing elements.
Metastructures hold the potential to bring a new twist to the field of spatial-domain optical analog computing: migrating from free-space and bulky systems into conceptually wavelength-sized elements. We introduce a metamaterial platform capable of solving integral equations using monochromatic electromagnetic fields. For an arbitrary wave as the input function to an equation associated with a prescribed integral operator, the solution of such an equation is generated as a complex-valued output electromagnetic field. Our approach is experimentally demonstrated at microwave frequencies through solving a generic integral equation and using a set of waveguides as the input and output to the designed metastructures.

Today,two spacecraft exploring two separate asteroids may provide critical data that could change scientists’ thoughts about these mysterious,rocky worlds.Since June of 2018,the Japanese spacecraft Hayabusa2 has surveyed the surface of the asteroid Ryugu,and recently Japan’s space agency performed a touchdown on the object to collect physical samples,which will reach Earth late next year.Meanwhile, NASA’s Osiris-REx Spacecraft is exploring an asteroid of remarkably similar size, called Bennu, with dust samples from the asteroid scheduled to return to Earth in 2023. Already, what the spacecrafts have found has surprised scientists on Earth, including the “surprisingly dry” surface of Ryugu, and recently, the completely unexpected emission of “energetic plumes” of particles from the asteroid Bennu. In part one of this three-part presentation, physicist Eugene Bagashov explores in detail what the missions have already found, and he suggests from the Electric Universe perspective what future discoveries might reveal.

Origin of apparent light-enhanced and negative capacitance in perovskite solar ....So-called negative capacitance seems to remain an obscure feature in the analysis of the frequency-dependent impedance of perovskite solar cells. It belongs to one of the puzzling peculiarities arising from the mixed ionic-electronic conductivity of this class of semiconductor. Here we show that apparently high capacitances in general (positive and negative) are not related to any capacitive feature in the sense of a corresponding charge accumulation. Instead, they are a natural consequence of slow transients mainly in forward current of the diode upon ion displacement when changing voltage.

This is what I wrote in IUT: “By 1929, Edwin Hubble discovered enough galaxies to establish that the degree of redshift also was a rough inverse function of their luminosity, which is a measure of their distance… His greatest mistake was to promote Slipher’s speculation that this cosmological redshift always was due to the Doppler Effect. The title of his famous 1929 introductory paper says it all: “A relation between distance and radial velocity among extra-galactic nebulae.””
In other words, he initially assumed the cosmological redshift and the Doppler Effect were one and the same. But the Doppler Effect only occurs in a medium. Einstein had removed that possibility by his temporary rejection of aether. A single particle could not have such an effect. Nonetheless, regressive physicists and cosmogonists accepted Einstein’s eight ad hocs.Both BBT and SST assumed that light was a particle instead of what it really is: a wave in a sea of particles.

As the announcement states, after the newborn Universe cooled, hydrogen nuclei (protons) recombined with electrons into neutral atoms. Then, extreme ultraviolet light frequencies are thought to be how the gas was “re-ionized”. However, what is not understood is how that light enters the IGM.
In an Electric Universe,galactic evolution occurs because large-scale plasma discharges form coherent filaments that exhibit electrodynamic behavior.Since the Universe is an electrical system that is constantly charging and discharging, instead of a gravitational system that is constantly contracting and expanding, gravity is not the primary energy source for galactic consolidation. Gravity, by itself, cannot explain how galaxies sometimes form long arcs, like silver beads on a string, threaded through the Universe.
Conventional theories rely on gravity and acceleration for radiation to be produced in space: compressing hydrogen gas and dust is supposed to generate temperatures in the millions of Kelvin, causing gas and dust to glow brightly and emit radiation, including ultraviolet and X-rays: both powerful ionization sources.
Astronomers cannot measure the properties of extragalactic space, directly,so they develop mathematical models based on the behavior of neutral gases. They believe that plasma is merely ionized gas, so it only behaves according to the physical laws applicable to neutral gas (with slight modifications for electromagnetic effects).
However, electric charge surges out along galactic cluster spin axes, forming double layers that can be seen as radio “haloes” of various sizes and power output. Electric charge spreads out around a galaxy’s circumference, flowing back to the core along Birkeland current filaments. Since the elements in a circuit radiate energy, that energetic radiance shows that they are powered by larger circuits. The extent of the larger circuits may be traced by the polarized radio emissions coming from them.

Self-stabilizing photonic levitation and propulsion of nanostructured macroscopic objects....
Light is a powerful tool to manipulate matter, but existing approaches often necessitate focused, high-intensity light that limits the manipulated object’s shape, material and size. Here, we report that self-stabilizing optical manipulation of macroscopic—millimetre-, centimetre- and even metre-scale—objects could be achieved by controlling the anisotropy of light scattering along the object’s surface. In a scalable design that features silicon resonators on silica substrate, we identify nanophotonic structures that can self-stabilize when rotated and/or translated relative to the optical axis. Nanoscale control of scattering across a large area creates restoring behaviour by engineering the scattered phase, without needing to focus incident light or excessively constrain the shape, size or material composition of the object. Our findings may lead to platforms for manipulating macroscopic objects, with applications ranging from contactless wafer-scale fabrication and assembly, to trajectory control for ultra-light spacecraft and even laser-propelled light sails for space exploration.

Andrea Rossi's 'E-cat' nuclear reactor: a video FAQ....In January 2011 Andrea Rossi demonstrated a device that purported to develop 10 kW of power from a nuclear reaction. This video discusses its credibility, the investigations that have been done on the device, and its future prospects. The nuclear power claim can be tested by measuring total energy over a period of time and comparing it with what would be possible from conventional energy sources. Previous claims of this kind, beginning with that of Fleischmann and Pons in 1989, have been generally doubted, but it is argued that this general doubt owes more to the persuasive power of rhetoric than to the actual facts.
In contrast to the ITER thermonuclear project, where practical application is decades away, reactors of the Rossi type are already in production and, according to NASA Chief Scientist Dennis M. Bushnell, may be capable of "completely changing geo-economics, geo-politics, and solving climate and energy".
(note added May 2013) Things did not work out quite as was expected when we made this video, and a confused situation resulted, rather than a clear resolution one way or the other. What purported to be a 1MW reactor was demonstrated on schedule in November 2011, at which time it was said that a potential buyer was satisfied. The demonstration was not entirely satisfactory, and it then turned out that the buyer was 'a secret military organisation', and as a result no further information came out.

In his 2014 book, Our Mathematical Universe, physicist Max Tegmark boldly claims that “protons, atoms, molecules, cells and stars” are all redundant “baggage.” Only the mathematical apparatus used to describe the behavior of matter is supposedly real, not matter itself. For Tegmark, the universe is a “set of abstract entities with relations between them,” which “can be described in a baggage-independent way”—i.e., without matter. He attributes existence solely to descriptions, while incongruously denying the very thing that is described in the first place. Matter is done away with and only information itself is taken to be ultimately real.

Physicists proposed fast method for printing nanolasers from rerovskites....An international research team has developed a new method of synthesizing miniature light sources. It is based on a special laser which produces millions of nanolasers from a perovskite film in a few minutes. Such lasers look like small disks, work at room temperature and have an tunable emission wavelength from 550 to 800 nm. The high speed and good reproducibility of this method make it promising for the industrial production of single nanolasers as well as whole chains. The study was published in ACS Nano.

High-efficiency colloidal quantum dot infrared light-emitting diodes via engineering at the supra-nanocrystalline level....
Colloidal quantum dot (CQD) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) deliver a compelling performance in the visible, yet infrared CQD LEDs underperform their visible-emitting counterparts, largely due to their low photoluminescence quantum efficiency. Here we employ a ternary blend of CQD thin film that comprises a binary host matrix that serves to electronically passivate as well as to cater for an efficient and balanced carrier supply to the emitting quantum dot species. In doing so, we report infrared PbS CQD LEDs with an external quantum efficiency of ~7.9% and a power conversion efficiency of ~9.3%, thanks to their very low density of trap states, on the order of 1014 cm−3, and very high photoluminescence quantum efficiency in electrically conductive quantum dot solids of more than 60%. When these blend devices operate as solar cells they deliver an open circuit voltage that approaches their radiative limit thanks to the synergistic effect of the reduced trap-state density and the density of state modification in the nanocomposite.

This invention relates to a novel method of, and means for, directing energy through Si2HSb2 in such a manner that normal energy parameters can be exceeded. The principal object of the invention is to provide the means for more efficient radiant energy power systems to be constructed. For example, this invention can be applied to construct more efficient rocket propulsion systems. Si2HSb2 has a crystalline structure with a regular pattern of electron deficiencies which physicists call "holes" in the lattice. Energy can be radiated at the top of the compound and be accelerated as it passes through to a new higher velocity as it expelled out the bottom of the compound. This is accomplished by applying electrical potentials to the sides of the compound which rectify the "holes" in the lattice. The electrical potentials applied to the sides of the compound can be varied to allow the radiated energy output to be directed in the x,y plane. Thus the compound can be used as an excellent propulsion system. It can also be used to enhance any output of a radiated energy source.
