Yes indeed, if you striving, it means that you use your external muscles, this way is full #yang, and we tire quickly, and it's not easy or possible to find relaxation and #meditation in the movement. So it's not pleasant if we look for these states. But it's of course possible to practice Tai Chi just like that, like almost all the known martial arts. But it's pity because we miss out its essence !

Simran Practice, the Repetition of a Name or Names of God -- Mystic Poetry of Sant Dadu Dayal of Rajasthan

The repetition of the holy names is the truest spiritual technique. An uninterrupted inner repetition of the holy names given by the living Master has to be practiced daily with love, devotion and one-pointed attention. One thereby transcends one’s body and is transported to the realms of light.

The repetition develops into an ongoing spontaneous process, and one catches the unceasing inner Music, which takes him to its Source and reveals God face to face. One is therefore exhorted to search daily for the Source of this Unstruck Music. Whatever one does and wherever one happens to be, he is asked to be a sacrifice unto His Name and to have ardent longing to behold Him and hear his voice.

Absolute Happiness! Where Do We Search For It?

"All living beings want happiness. Human beings also want happiness and toil to achieve it... Where is happiness? Searching for peace and happiness one goes to Saints and Sages. Saints and sages tell him: 'Brother, happiness is not to be found outside or in the things outside. So if you truly want happiness, then from turn outwards to inwards (stop searching happiness outside and search it within yourself), i.e, do the 'Bhakti' [love, devotion, spiritual practice] of the Almighty; attempt to find Him within. Real happiness lies in knowing thyself. Goswami Tulsidas Ji Maharaj says:

"'Jimi thal binu jal rahi na sakai |
Koti bhanti keu karai uupai ||
Tatha Moksha sukh sunu khagrai |
Rahi n sakai Hari bhagati bihai ||'

In August 2016, while walking barefoot on the grass i've reached 'my secret' spot at nature/vortex where i used to go to attune/center myself and/or meditate.

This space is composed by 3 trees placed themselves in a triangle like structure. While inside this structure, touching one of my beloved tree's leaves i've noticed that there was a song like lullaby playing in me (my heart) as a loop.

Very peaceful & soothing. When i attuned to it, i've noticed it was in #Lightlanguage. This same song had remain within me on the next months as 24/7. Rocking me to sleep, hugging me whenever i was on my day and silenced my mind...

Because of the fast paced nature of our society, overcoming or reducing stress has made it to the list of top ten New Year’s Resolutions. Approximately 19 million Americans suffer from stress related illnesses. The hormone, cortisol, is released during stressful events. When stimulated constantly, over time, it can lead to mental disturbances and a risk of infection and disease. Learning to manage stress leads to healthier and happier living. Here are seven solutions for regulating stress.
· Adequate Sleep. Sleep is the number one defense against stress. It allows the mind and body to rejuvenate. When we awaken refreshed, we are more able to handle stressful situations. For the average person, adequate sleep is eight to ten hours of uninterrupted sleep.
· Meditation. Meditation is the opposite of the fight or flight mechanism. It is a deep state of restful awareness that counters stress. Practicing twenty minutes a day helps us to remain calm is stressful si... show more

Stress is such a commonly used word, but what does it really mean? How does stress affect us and what can we do about it? Stress can be the cause of so many health conditions, lost days of work, irritability with those we love, and general unhappiness. Certain herbs, vitamins, minerals and techniques can help calm your body so you are better able to deal with the stresses that come your way.
Some of the more common symptoms of stress are: fatique, headaches, irritability, stomach aches, heartburn, rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, cramping, indigestion, insomnia, food reactions, hives, weight gain, weight loss, and lowered immune function. Stress can effect any one in any part of the body as we all deal with life differently; we all hold our stress in different parts of our body.

3. You stop thinking about everyday problems and matters.
4. You concentrate your thoughts upon some sound, some word you repeat, some image, some abstract concept or some feeling. Your whole attention should be pointed at the object you have chosen to concentrate upon.
