To my fellow pagan Diasporans...

I've not seen this yet and hope not to see it..

However, it bears saying in case anyone has felt the urge to celebrate the loss of Notre Dame or any of the vandalism of Christian buildings in recent years.

We have all of us felt the hurt from being mocked, derided, harassed, threatened and likewise maligned by those who walk Paths other than ours. We have felt the sting of ignorance from those who don't realize, or have forgotten, that we are their brethren and sistren too.

And many of us have been weak and reciprocated that behavior to keep the cycle of centuries past going strong.

Let us mourn the loss of the splendor of Notre Dame with those Christians. Let's all work together to break this cycle.

We have enemies aplenty. Let's make some new allies.
